This powder coating production line is used for the coating of Steel, metal, aluminum profile, iron,etc.

The whole production line includes pre-spray treatment (pre-degreasing, degreasing, Water rinse, Dl water spray, Dl water rinse, Dropping water...) water drying, cooling, powder coating (Automatic+Manual and wearing constant temperature and humidity system), baking,  manual picking and other functional parts.

Spray pre-treatment	The pre-treatment process is to enhance coating adhesion and corrosion resistance.  Common pre-treatment methods include chemical cleaning, phosphating, or chromate conversion coating.  The pre-treatment prepares the metal surface for better powder adhesion and improves coating performance.
Water baking oven and Powder drying oven	Once the pre-treatment is completed, the metal profiles are passed through drying ovens to remove any remaining moisture from the surface.  Dry metal surfaces are crucial for proper powder coating adhesion and finish. We use double cycle heating,more energy-efficient,better furnace temperature uniformity.
Spray room system equipment	Spray room equipment is arranged in a separate powder spray isolation room, it can reduce the impact of powder on the workshop environment during the color change cleaning process. We use anti-explosion spray room, including equip explosion venting,explosion-proof,air lock ash discharge,fan with explosion-proof electric machine,explosion proof luminaire,spray room flame retardant material.
Suspended conveyor system	The primary hanging device is designed with dust-proof structure, prevent contamination of the workpiece during the chain operation, resulting in poor quality products.
Electrical control system	Complete spraying production line integrated control system: use PLC+touch screen control mode, manual start-stop,automatic start-stop,fault code prompts and other operation screen, use international brands such as Siemens electrical components, stable performance, simple operation, easy to run.
Environmentally protective facility (Waste gas, waste water purification equipment)	Promote cleaner production,Protect and contribute the "Blue Sky And Clear Water".
